Keep up to date with your scholar's grades and attendance. Jupiter allows you to stay on top of your scholar through email and/or through text.  You should have already received an email with a link to log in. Contact us at 718-495-0863 or email your scholar's guidance counselor for assistance. 

Please sign up for your NYC Schools Account ASAP! This website allows you to update your scholar's emergency contact information (formerly the BLUE CARD) and other digital forms as well as track your scholar's attendance, grades, standardized test scores and more! To get started, go to https://www.schoolsaccount.nyc/. You will need your scholar's OSIS number and creation code. Contact us at 718-495-0863 for assistance. Please enter the School Zip Code 11233. This will default the correct district to "New York City Schools".

What you will need to provide during the application process:

-The names and incomes of every member of your household

-The school, grade, birthdate of every scholar in your household. (Optional)

-The last 4 digit of your social security number and electronic signature

-A valid email address or phone number for the Office of School Food to communicate about the status of the application. (Optional)

While  you do not need to apply for scholars to receive meals, submitting this form makes sure that we can receive money for our programs! 

Eagle Scholars are expected to come to school in full uniform every day. The Eagle Uniform includes:

-Gray pants (no jeans)

-Oxford blue button-down shirt (long or short sleeve)

-black shoes / sneakers

-grade-specific tie

Where to Purchase Uniform

-Eagle pants and shirts can be purchased at any department store: Cookies, Old Navy, Gap, Amazon, etc.  

-Shoes can also be purchased at any shoe store

-Ties can be purchased at the school ($10)

-Exclusive Eagle Nike Book bags can also be purchased at the school ($60)

Below is a general list of supplies each scholar will be required to have. It is extremely important that your scholar comes each day with his OWN supplies and takes care of them.  Please ensure your scholar has these supplies on the first day of school.  *This is a general list; teacher’s may request more specific supplies during the first week of school*

• FULL Eagle Uniform
• Laptop OR Tablet with keyboard
• Pens AND Pencils
• Calculator (For scholars in Grades 6-7 and HS students enrolled in Geometry, 21st Century Math, or Personal Finance, get a 4 function scientific calculator / For scholars in Grades 8-12 enrolled in Algebra I, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, or AP Calculus, get a TI 84 calculator)
• Folder for each subject
• Combination Lock for locker
• Safe place for ID card, Metrocard, schedule, etc.
• Water bottle
